Who We are and how do we connect to the community
Happy Valley Parks and Recreation Foundation (HVPRF)
The Happy Valley Parks and Recreation Foundation (HVPRF) is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in Oregon in 2020. Our mission is to protect and enhance Happy Valley’s parks and recreation programs and facilities for all residents. These parks, trails, and natural areas are invaluable public assets that foster relationships, learning, and community building in our city and region. We believe that maintaining these facilities and programs is best achieved through partnerships with the city, other organizations, communities of interest, and users of the system.
