Mission
The Mission of the Happy Valley Parks and Recreation Foundation (HVPRF) is to provide accessibility, inclusiveness and sustainability of our parks, nature areas and recreation facilities and programs.
We provide support by generating funding for projects and programs that enhance and supplement the parks and recreation environmental, educational and leisure activities offered by the Happy Valley Parks and Recreation Departments.
Our Vision is to build community through recreation programs where everyone is welcome, the facilities are safe and accessible, and the natural areas sustainable.
